Job summary

HGS Bioscience seeks a Production Operator I–III to safely and efficiently operate equipment and processes for humic powder production. You will support material handling, liquid and batch processing, granulation, drying, and quality control documentation, while maintaining equipment and clean work areas.

The role offers progression from Entry to Advanced Operator levels based on qualifications, and requires adherence to SOPs, safety policies, and teamwork with supervisors and quality personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of manufacturing experience may substitute education.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in accordance with SOPs.
• Accurately complete production activity sheets and quality control documentation.
• Support material handling, inventory accuracy, and cycle count activities.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel.
• Identify and report safety concerns, process deviations, or equipment issues.
