HGS Bioscience is seeking a Production Operator I–III to safely and efficiently operate equipment and processes involved in the production of humic powder products, supporting material handling, liquid and batch processing, granulation, drying, quality control documentation, and equipment care. Operator level is determined by qualifications, technical proficiency, and demonstrated operational leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of manufacturing experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Operate production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Accurately complete production activity sheets, logs, and quality control documentation.
• Support material handling, inventory accuracy, and cycle count activities.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel.
• Identify and report safety concerns, process deviations, or equipment issues.
