Evonik Group in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Tolling Production Class B Operator to work on assigned plant equipment and maintain areas in the production facility. You will operate calciners, dryers, mills, conveyors, blenders, forklifts, and packaging equipment, while loading and unloading trucks and ensuring proper storage of materials.

The role requires HS Diploma or GED and at least one year of manufacturing experience; ability to follow safety procedures, perform visual checks, and report

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience is desirable.
• Shows clear, effective verbal communication under supervision.
• Works with guidance to follow policies and ensure safety.
• Handles basic plans and actions with supervision.
• Operates control equipment and related measuring tools.
• Quickly recognizes production irregularities and acts accordingly.
• Climbs stairs frequently; lift up to 50 pounds; work in plant environments.
• Exposure to noise and strong odors in the plant environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate equipment and maintain plant areas per procedures and policies.
• Continually monitor operations and perform manual tasks and visual checks.
• Make adjustments to process equipment as needed.
• Observe production progress and report malfunctions.
• Perform minor repairs and operate a forklift as required.
• Label, fill, unload, and transport containers of materials safely.
• Inform supervisor of deficiencies or bottlenecks detected.
• Operate environmental control equipment and report any non-compliances.
• Work primarily in the production building on site.
• Apply ISO-9001:2000 standards to all department areas.
