Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial operations preferred.
• Ability to safely operate machinery and follow work instructions.
• Basic math, computer, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, or overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and process systems following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Set up equipment, monitor, adjust, and perform routine tasks to support production targets.
• Safely handle, transfer, load, and unload materials and finished goods.
• Monitor process conditions, perform quality checks, collect samples, and document production records.
• Enter production data in computer systems and track inventory information.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, housekeeping, and routine maintenance to support safe operations.
• Follow PPE and safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with team members, maintenance, and leadership to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
