Job summary

Airgas in Longview, WA is hiring a Production Operator. Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am–3:30 pm; the role supports cylinder loading, unloading, and inspection to keep hospitals and facilities supplied. You will work in a safety-focused environment with opportunities to grow within the operations team.

The position requires independence and teamwork, basic reading skills, and US work authorization. Previous forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS diploma preferred.
• Forklift experience helpful.
• US work authorization required, visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks for fill plant supply deliveries.
• Visually inspect, sort, and organize cylinders for retesting or repair.
• Promote a safety-first culture in daily operations.
• Pull and stage cylinders for retesting and painting.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of pallets and company vehicles daily.
• Assist in removing refurbished cylinders from paint area.
