Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Production Operator I for Arlington, WA to load and unload cylinders from delivery trucks and move them to production areas. You will operate forklifts and assist with staging and storage while maintaining a clean, safe plant environment.

The role requires the ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines in a drug-free workplace, with comprehensive benefits and company support.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to meet customers’ needs and management expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supports loading and unloading cylinders from inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Safely operates forklift, hand-trucks, pallet-jacks to move cylinders.
• Stages cylinders in designated production areas for filling.
• Transfers cylinders to and from ground storage as needed.
• Reports all cylinder shortages and any equipment or facility defects.
