Job summary

Sweep?SWEP, a leader in heat transfer technology, is seeking an Operator I to join our onsite manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. You will perform production activities for BPHE assemblies, braze and test processes, following work orders, SOPs and engineering drawings to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Candidates should have manufacturing experience, be reliable, follow procedures, and participate in safety and 5S activities to maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to follow safety rules and SOPs.
• Maintains clean and organized work area; 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform production activities of BPHE according to job function and production processes.
• Follow work orders, SOPs and engineering drawings to ensure high quality production.
• Obtain guidance from qualified personnel when issues arise with work orders or drawings.
• Complete assigned production activities on time to meet production goals and delivery requirements.
• Report quality uncertainties or non-conforming materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and audits.
