Job summary

SWEP, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking an Operator I for 2nd shift to support the manufacturing of BPHE components. You will follow SOPs, drawings, and work orders to produce high-quality parts while keeping safety and 5S in focus. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience and reliability, are able to follow procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities to grow within a global company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Reliable and process-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform BPHE production activities following SOPs and drawings.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned production tasks to meet goals.
• Report quality issues and seek guidance as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, 5S-compliant workspace.
• Participate in safety trainings and audits.
