Job summary

Sweep and joiner manufacturing operator position at SWEP in Tulsa, OK. You will perform production activities for BPHEs, adhering to work orders, SOPs and drawings to ensure high-quality output that meets customer expectations.

The role requires reliability, safety awareness, and a willingness to follow defined procedures. You will support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a hands-on production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Capable and willing to follow procedures.
• Commitment to safety and use of PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform production activities according to job function and SOP.
• Follow work orders, SOPs and engineering drawings to ensure high quality production.
• Report quality uncertainties or materials that fail to meet requirements throughout production.
• Assist in continuous improvement activities and participate in audits as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; practice 5S and proper storage of materials and equipment.
