Job summary

Sweep is seeking an Operator at our Tulsa, Oklahoma facility to perform production activities for BPHE components, including assembly, brazing and testing. The role requires strict adherence to SOPs, engineering drawings and quality requirements to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform production activities for BPHE assembly, brazing and testing.
• Follow work orders, SOPs and engineering drawings to ensure high-quality output.
• Complete assigned production tasks on time to meet goals and delivery.
• Report quality uncertainties or nonconforming materials during production.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities related to production and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow 5S practices.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE as required.
