Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate I to support the manufacturing process on the 1st shift. You will perform assembly tasks, label products, pack finished goods, and help maintain a safe, organized production area. You will also monitor progress and report issues to supervision.

The role emphasizes safe work habits, adherence to established protocols, and teamwork in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks as directed by the supervisor or team lead.
• Engage in assembly using sewing, cutting, clipping, and hooking to form sub-assemblies.
• Affix labels and tags to products and packaging.
• Prepare finished goods for shipping and palletize items.
• Monitor progress on schedule boards and report discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
• Assist with hemming and moving materials using cranes or forklifts.
