Qualifications

• Background check and drug screening possible.
• Stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lb regularly.
• Able to read and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Basic math; read fractions/decimals.
• Experience with tape measure reading and precise measurements.
• Attention to detail; strong quality mindset required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; basic computer literacy.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; fast-paced environment.
• Strong safety awareness; teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform assembly per procedures.
• Fabricate and produce parts for final assembly.
• Handle materials; load, unload, and store properly.
• Use hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and inspect for defects.
• Read work orders, schedules, and basic drawings.
• Take accurate measurements with precision tools.
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
• Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
