Qualifications

• Experience with tape measures and precise measurements.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform assembly per procedures.
• Fabricate and produce component parts for final assembly.
• Handle materials, including loading, unloading, storage.
• Use hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and inspect products for defects.
• Read and interpret work orders, schedules and basic drawings.
• Make accurate measurements with precision tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
