Job summary

Stored Energy Systems (SENS) in Longmont, CO, seeks a Production Operator I for a first shift, 6:00am–3:30pm (Mon-Thu) and 6:00am–10:00am (Fri). Base pay is $22.50/hour with eligibility for an annual bonus.

The role involves assembling products to specifications, testing components, and collaborating with engineering and production to ensure quality and efficiency. This position requires standing most of the shift, lifting up to 60–80 lbs, and pushing/pulling up to 1000 lbs on a pallet jack.

Summary

We are looking for a Production Operator I to join our team in the manufacturing industry. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for assembling products and ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a mechanical assembly role.
• Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment.
• Experience following 5S methodology.
• Strong understanding of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Work Environment And Physical Requirements

The position is based in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to stand for approximately 80% of their shift, walk approximately 20% of their shift, and carry 60-80 lbs. Additionally, candidates must have the ability to push/pull up to 1000 lbs. on a pallet jack or cart as required.

Closing Date

September 15th . While we anticipate keeping this position open through this date, the posting may be extended or closed earlier depending on applicant volume and hiring needs.

Base Compensation

The base pay for this role is $22.50 an hour.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
