The OpEx Technician I (Operational Excellence Technician I) is responsible for implementing identified continuous improvement action items across the manufacturing floor. This role supports Kaizen events, lean transformation, and collaborates with production teams to implement workstation improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and quality.

$23.50 - $26.50 per hour is the projected compensation range for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
