Stored Energy Systems LLC (SENS) in Longmont, CO is looking for a Production Operator I to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble products per blueprints, inspect components, and work with engineering to ensure high quality and efficiency.

Summary

We are looking for a Production Operator I to join our team in the manufacturing industry. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for assembling products and ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that all products are assembled efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a mechanical assembly role.
• Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment.
• Experience following 5S methodology.
• Strong understanding of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Work Environment And Physical Requirements

The position is based in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to stand for approximately 80% of their shift, walk approximately 20% of their shift, and carry 60-80 lbs. Additionally, candidates must have the ability to push/pull up to 1000 lbs. on a pallet jack or cart as required.

September 5th, 2026. While we anticipate keeping this position open through this date, the posting may be extended or closed earlier depending on applicant volume and hiring needs.

Base Compensation

The base pay for this role is $22.50 an hour + $2.25/hour shift differential.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
