Job summary

MEC is seeking a motivated Machine Operator in Heber Springs, AR to operate basic machinery following SOPs, load/unload materials, monitor operations, perform routine checks, and keep a clean, organized work area.

You will adhere to safety and company policies, assist in troubleshooting machine issues, report problems to supervisors, and be prepared to take on other duties as assigned in a fast-paced production setting. Team collaboration and reliable attendance are essential.
