Cal-Tex is seeking a Production Operator I to fill orders and receive materials in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include operating bottling equipment, adhering to SOPs, and meeting deadlines in a warehouse setting.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year in warehouse operations, with forklift and hazmat certifications (or ability to obtain them). Physical duties include lifting up to 40 lbs and working around loud machinery.
The Production Operator I will be responsible for filling orders and receiving materials in an efficient, safe and accurate manner, while adhering to procedures and meeting department deadlines.
The Production Operator I must be able to perform all the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation.
The minimum educational background of an applicant to this position is a High School degree or GED . At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
$17.50/hr.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Operator I will be expected to perform physical activity, such as, walking lifting, bending and standing on hard surfaces for an extended period of time , perform repetitive movements for prolonged periods, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Will be regularly exposed to loud machinery and have some exposure to hazardous material . The majority of job responsibilities are performed in a warehouse with exposure to temperatures related to current weather conditions . Some flex hours may be required .
Interaction will occur with various departments, employees and management in the performance of the job duties as they relate to the Production Operator I. Interaction will generally entail the exchange and gathering of information and responding to questions and requests from Operations leaders
