Job description

In this role as a Bio‑Rad Production Operator, you will work on the designated team/assignment. Production activities may vary between working on a semi‑automated machine line, a manual carton packing line, or other production support roles. Most tasks will require the candidate to work in collaboration with multiple teammates.

This position is for a first‑shift (Hours: 5:30 am to 2:00 pm)

How You’ll Make An Impact:

• Perform final kits assembly of Bio‑Rad packaged products that are used to calibrate/QC many types of diagnostic testing platforms for hospital, clinic, and laboratories.
• Perform in‑process and final quality inspection of components/products to ensure product quality and to complete delivery of Finished Goods to the Distribution Warehouse.
• Follow procedures and work instructions to execute production tasks while assisting with the completion of required quality documentation, process orders, and batch records in an accurate and timely manner following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Complete inventory and quality transactions in SAP Inventory System.

This position must be based in Irvine, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $17.78 to $24.52 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer and is based on several factors that fairly impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job‑permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
