Bio-Rad is seeking a second shift technician in Irvine to lead a production team on semi-automated and packing lines. You will coordinate tasks, ensure quality and GDP compliance, and drive on-time delivery of finished goods.
The role involves supervising colleagues and managing time, people, and resources in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a high school diploma, mid-level experience, strong math/reading/writing skills, and familiarity with computers.
The candidate will lead a production team and/or work on designated team/assignment. Production activities may vary between working on semi-automated machine line, manual carton packing line, or other production support roles. Most tasks will require the candidate to work in collaboration and/or lead with multiple operators to achieve production objectives. This position is for a second shift technician (Hours: 1:30PM to 10:00PM).
This position must be based in Irvine, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $21.00 to $29.13 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
