Responsibilities

• Operate hoist equipment safely and wear all required plant PPE.
• Inspect materials, parts, racks, and containers for damage or defects and report concerns to the Line Leader.
• Load and unload parts according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Verify part tags, record load bar numbers, and scan/track parts in the production system.
• Notify the Line Leader when parts require 100% inspection and await Quality approval before loading.
• Maintain proper part spacing and stop the line if safety or quality standards cannot be met.
• Follow lifting guidelines and seek assistance for heavy or unknown weights.
• Report unsafe conditions, defective equipment, or discrepancies.
• Assist in other production line positions as needed.
