Flex-N-Gate is seeking an Afternoon Shift Operator to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. You will read work orders, load parts on the line, monitor schedules, and prepare items for painting while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and instructions to determine material requirements and product specifications.
• Load and unload all parts on jigs while the line is running.
• Monitor schedule to ensure correct parts are loaded.
• Wipe down and prepare parts to be painted.
• Check for quality defects, remove all bad parts, and document.
• Ensure parts are set up correctly to be painted.
• Remove painted parts off the line and place in crates.
• Pick parts to be scanned and labeled.
• Scan parts and enter into computer system.
• Accurately pack and label boxes for shipping.
• Record operational or production data.
• Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas.
• Clean production equipment and work areas.
