Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining production equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet production goals.
• Build positive relationships across teams through collaboration and communication.
• Possess knowledge of Cryovac and sanitation, setup, and troubleshooting of hydration equipment.
• Familiarity with kettles, filters, and CIP setups.
• Follow all safety, food safety, PPE, and emergency procedures.
