Job summary

Ready Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled Operator for the 3rd shift (9pm - 5am) at the Dahlia Plant in Denver. The role focuses on operating, adjusting, and repairing high-speed production equipment to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining production equipment preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Willingness to undergo training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet production goals.
• Build positive relationships across teams through collaboration and clear communication.
• Possess knowledge of Cryovac, sanitation, setup, and troubleshooting of hydration equipment.
• Familiarity with corenco, dicer, and scales for pre-scaling.
• Knowledge of LOTO, sanitation, kettle setup, filters, and CIP daily reports.
• Familiarity with Just Foods ERP reporting and setup.
• Participate in training with Job Instructions (JI) and Job Relations (JR).
• Follow all job safety practices, including food safety and PPE usage.
• Read, understand, and adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
