Job summary

Westlake is seeking a Production Operator in Leola, PA. The role focuses on operating production lines, ensuring quality, and supporting changeovers in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate will follow SOPs, perform basic arithmetic for measurements, and work as part of a collaborative team. Prior experience is preferred, with benefits starting on day one and competitive 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Prior experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable English words.
• Ability to add, subtract, and perform basic arithmetic using money, measurements, and weights.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines and ensure efficient operation.
• Load gaskets and package end product for shipment.
• Visually inspect product for quality assurance purposes.
• Record pipe dimensions and maintain specifications.
• Move bundled pipe from work area and assist in start-up/changeovers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area and follow SOPs.
• Report equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Work as a team with other personnel.
• Other duties as required.
