Job summary

Greenheck Group, a global leader in air movement and ventilation, seeks production staff in a manufacturing environment in Tulsa. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quality as you support daily production goals and learn SAP/MII/MES processes.

Starting at $21.95/hour with increases to $25.45/hour and a $2/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Benefits include health and wellness options; training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6–12 months prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old, with exception of summer help.
• Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High focus on quality and safety.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Ability to read measuring devices.
• Ability to use basic, pneumatic, and power tools.
• Ability to safely operate equipment, including material movement equipment such as forklifts.
• Ability to learn, know, and identify all parts accurately.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check, if offered employment.

Responsibilities

• Conform to all safety guidelines while performing duties and operating equipment.
• Wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for the position.
• Support daily and monthly production goals and targets.
• Utilize SOPs and Standard Work Instructions to complete work.
• Contribute to safety and process improvement initiatives.
• Learn SAP/ MII / MES Processes.
• Demonstrate reliability and ownership of assigned processes.
• Identify work to be performed via SAP or MII work center priority.
• Perform physical material movements.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S and lean initiatives.
• Cross-train within department.
• Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible in areas they are cross-trained in.
• Help train new production team members as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
