Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking production team members to support our HVAC manufacturing line. You will read blueprints, assemble crates and units, and operate standard hand and power tools in a fast-paced production environment.

The role involves working on 2nd or 3rd shift with lifting requirements and use of SAP/MII systems. Competitive hourly pay starts at $21.34 and increases to $24.15, plus a shift premium for certain shifts; benefits include health, retirement, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds during an 8‑hour shift.
• Ability to read electronic schematics and identify component placement.

Responsibilities

• Crating – assemble crates around finished product per blueprints.
• Assemble units by following assembly drawings and schematics.
• Work in production systems including SAP and MII to support manufacturing processes.
• Operate basic hand, power, and air tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. General Production has a minimum starting rate of $21.34/hour, with regular increases reaching $24.15/hour. An additional shift premium of $2.00/hour applies for 2nd & 3rd shift.

Shifts Available

• 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm or 2:30pm-10:30pm
• 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:00PM-6:00AM or 10:30pm-6:30am

Duties & Responsibilities

• Crating – Assembling crates around our finished product by reading blueprints and using pneumatic hand tools.
• Assembling – Review unit assembly drawings & electronic schematics to identify placement of components/sensors.
• You will work in production systems including SAP and MII
• You will operate basic hand/power/air tools

Physical Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 pounds frequently during an 8-hour work shift.
• Bend, stoop, push, and pull in a busy work environment for up to an 8-hour work shift.
• Climb a ladder and/ or scaffolding frequently during an 8-hour work shift.
• Stand for up to an 8-hour work shift.
• Grip, manipulate, and hold small parts with fingers.
• Hear different types of sound/decibels/tone such as alarms, sirens, and/or mechanical equipment.
• See without visual impairments (depth, peripheral, color and acuity 20/40 or better).
