Job summary

3M in Ames, IA is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations. You will follow procedures to produce quality products and collaborate with team members to meet delivery goals.

Starting pay is $26.49 per hour with potential to reach $27.55. Medical, vision, dental, life insurance begin on day one, and 401(k) with company match. Three weeks of vacation and twelve holidays are provided, with advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (verified prior to start)
• Willing to work any shift including nights, rotating shifts and holidays as needed
• Willing to work overtime daily and on weekends with short notice shift coverage
