GE Appliances in Decatur, AL is hiring a Production Operator to work on the assembly line across different models, using hand tools, performing repetitive tasks, and inspecting for quality to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Be willing to work overtime during the weekday and periodic weekend shifts with advance notice.
• Pass a background check, drug screening and complete a medical health questionnaire.

Responsabilités

• Operate on the line interacting with teammates to complete tasks on different models moving along the line.
• Perform repetitive line assembly operations to assemble product quickly to specifications.
• Utilize powered-hand tools to assemble, check, adjust or repair appliances.
• Inspect work to verify quality and conformance to required specifications.
• Complete daily 5S requirements.
