Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators and Finishers for a leading manufacturing company in Brainerd, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce quality molded components and support a clean, organized facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production processes (rotational molding preferred).
• Familiarity with molding, assembly, and secondary production operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to changing production needs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work long shifts in a warm environment with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to follow written procedures, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including rotational molding and vacuum forming machines.
• Load and unload molds and manage materials throughout the production process.
• Perform secondary operations such as routing, flaming, fiber glassing, and assembly.
• Inspect molds, tooling changes, and finished components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow and verify all production procedures, documentation, and work instructions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and suggest process enhancements or cost-saving ideas.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and promote a safe working environment.
• Assist across multiple production functions as needed to support operational demands.
