Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent training/experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Mathematical skills to perform basic operations and unit conversions.

Responsibilities

• Obtains correct batch documentation and ensures ingredients meet recipe specs.
• Sets up and starts weigh-up or packaging machinery, ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
• Notifies personnel of issues in a timely manner.
• Packages and processes materials to meet customer specs and correct sizes/containers.
• Supports Production Operators with materials to keep equipment operational.
• Performs machine cleaning and maintains paperwork.
• Follows safety and work rules and maintains housekeeping.
