Job summary

Avient is hiring an entry-level Production Associate in Massillon, OH. You will weigh-up or package materials, ensuring quality and cost targets align with customer specifications. The role requires following Avient policies, operating procedures, and safety rules in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent training/experience.
• Must have basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide) and unit conversions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Obtain batch documentation and ensure correct ingredients are delivered.
• Set up and start weigh-up or packaging machinery, follow safety procedures.
• Provide materials to production operators and ensure equipment runs smoothly.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
