The role offers ownership eligibility and a structured career path. Wages start at $18.00–$21.00 per hour, with 8 hours of overtime built into the schedule, a $2.50/hr night shift differential, quarterly bonuses, and full-time consistency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfortable using measuring tools.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production lines.
• Progress through operator levels as skills grow.
• Set up machines to work order specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and manage scrap.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with team during shift changeovers.
