Charter Next Generation (CNG) in Massillon, OH is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor film production lines on 12-hour shifts. This full-time role includes on-site training, a guaranteed full-time schedule, and a path to ownership as equity is earned from day one.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $23.50 Hourly

Position Schedule

• C - Day Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and alternating Saturdays)
• D - Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and alternating Saturdays)
