Charter Next Generation, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor production lines that convert raw resin into film used for food packaging and medicine safety.

The role includes hands-on training, defined career progression, and an employee-ownership program from day one. Earn $20.00–$23.00 per hour with night shift differential ($2.50/hr) and potential first-year compensation above $52,800, plus quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 65 pounds and perform 12-hour shifts.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production lines.
• Progress through Operator levels.
• Set up machines to work order specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and manage scrap.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with the team during shift changeovers.
