Job summary

ALSTOM is seeking an experienced assembler to support multiple product modules across our transportation systems portfolio. The role requires assembling parts, aligning components, and fastening units to frames using a range of hand and power tools.

You will connect cables and wiring, verify fit, and ensure compliance with drawings and wire lists. You will work with SAP for data management and use Excel/Word to document process steps and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling parts and reading assembly drawings.
• Familiarity with SAP databases for data entry and reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel/Word for data manipulation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and units, align and fasten to frames using hand and power tools.
• Connect cables, tubes, and wiring per standards; verify fit and function.
• Read and interpret drawings and wire lists to ensure correct assembly.
• Possess line lead duties and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
