The role requires standing and lifting up to 50 pounds, with an hourly wage of $19–$21. Full-time, in-house employment with benefits is offered in Tempe, AZ.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and equipment following procedures to assemble products.
  • Inspect and package products; support quality checks on the line.
  • Load raw materials and manage finish goods on the production line.

  • Maintain clean, organized workstation and follow safety protocols.

Job Summary:

The Production Specialist supports the manufacturing process by operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role involves working in a team-oriented environment, maintaining a clean workspace, and following safety protocols to achieve production goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Operations:Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures.Assemble, inspect, and package products on the production line.Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
  • Quality Control:Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.Report any discrepancies or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.Verify Accuracy of product to ensure accountability for all units
  • Material Handling:Load raw materials into machines and move finished products to designated areas.Maintain proper inventory levels on the production line
  • Documentation and Reporting:Record production data, including output, downtime, and material usage.Communicate progress and issues to team leaders or supervisors
  • Safety and Compliance:Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment.Maintain a clean and organized workstation to prevent accidents
  • Equipment Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance or cleaning on production equipment.Notify the maintenance team of any issues requiring repairsOperate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
  • Ability to operate or learn to use production machinery and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Working Conditions:

Standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.The working environment includes exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse noise.

Hourly Rate:

$19 - $21
