Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking Manufacturing Operators with quality-focused manufacturing experience to support the production of injection-molded parts and assembly in Menomonie, WI.

Wage: Anticipated starting wage is $18/hr + Shift Differential. The actual wage may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.

Shift: 12 Hour Rotating days, 5am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and understand injection molding presses and related machinery.
• Perform visual, in-process, and final inspection of parts per quality standards.
• Navigate files and locate documents using a computer.
• Trim and package parts according to customer standards.
• Communicate job status and issues with shifts and technicians.

Basic Qualifications:

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in medical device manufacturing.
