Job Description: Production Operator at Perrigo

Perrigo Company is dedicated to making lives better by providing quality, affordable self-care products trusted worldwide. We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team.

Position Details

• Starting Pay: $27.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:00pm - 6:10am CT, following a 2-2-3 schedule (Week A: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat; Week B: Sun, Weds, Thurs)
• Additional Benefits: $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, healthcare, 401(k), vacation, disability, insurance, HSA/FSA, identity theft protection, quarterly bonus, and more

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and monitor processes
• Maintain batch records and charts
• Sanitize and clean equipment
• Perform product inspections and preventative maintenance
• Operate material control equipment (palletizer, forklift, AGVs)
• Load and unload materials, weigh and stage ingredients
• Use SAP system to track production information

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Bend, twist, stand for long periods

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing experience
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Computer proficiency
• Willingness to work off-shifts and overtime
