Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Wisconsin is hiring a Production Operator to oversee daily production on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput in accordance with GMP and food safety standards.

You will complete hourly quality and production reports, inspect products, address defects, and support continuous improvement initiatives while working a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Minimum high school diploma required; associate degree preferred; 12-hour shifts on site with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in production/manufacturing environment beneficial.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the production line(s) ensuring safety, quality and throughput.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly and inspect product for conformity.
• Report quality defects to shift leadership and address non-conformances promptly.
• Maintain GMP, food safety standards and general housekeeping on the line.
• Support 12-hour rotating shifts and adjust to production demand as needed.
