Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math skills and comfort with computer data entry.
• Ability to work in variable temperature conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mix and batch juices, teas, and other beverages according to precise formula specifications.
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately to maintain consistent product quality.
• Maintain detailed batch records, production logs, inventory documentation, and changeover reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and keep production on track.
• Safely handle strong chemicals including acids, alkalis, and disinfectants following strict safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to verify product integrity throughout the batching process.
• Perform basic calculations to determine ingredient quantities and batching cycles.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and company safety requirements consistently.
