Job summary

GERFLOR-USA-INC is seeking a manufacturing operator in Canton, GA to ensure smooth material flow, operate equipment, and maintain data accuracy. This role requires PPE compliance, forklift certification, and the ability to work in a noisy environment while supporting a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, basic math skills, and willingness to cross-train and learn multiple duties in a fast-paced plant.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to cross train and perform additional duties as needed.
• Experience in LVT/LVP/SPC/PVC industry preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations such as addition and subtraction.
• Ability to work in an environment that is noisy.
• Ability to perform specific duties with instructions but without direct supervision.
• Ability to communicate in standard English to understand and follow verbal or written instructions and to keep simple records and make reports.
