Job summary

WireCo is seeking a Production Operator to support a variety of manufacturing operations, including fabrication, material handling, inventory, shipping, and general production activities. You will ensure safe, efficient, and timely production while upholding quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, handling materials, maintaining accurate records, and participating in cross-training across multiple manufacturing disciplines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; basic literacy and math.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and schedules.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform production, fabrication, material handling and warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Operate equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Receive, transport, stage, and document raw materials and finished goods.
• Inspect products and document quality and inventory records accurately.
• Support Lean, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow company policies.
