Job summary

CMC provides entry-level positions in steel and construction reinforcement with comprehensive benefits starting Day 1. Expect hands-on training, opportunities to operate cranes and fabrication equipment, and a path to advancement in a fast-paced environment.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, cross-train on multiple machines, and contribute to safe, efficient production in our facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be able to work outside under all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal form are necessary.
• Possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the industrial field.

Responsibilities

• Attend training regarding applicable equipment.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Assist in loading fabricated rebar on trailers and unloading stock material from trailers.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition.
• Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Crosstrain on multiple machines.
