Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working in a heavy industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively – oral and written.
• Must lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs.
• Ability to work overtime for planned or emergency situations.
• Read technical documents and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Attend all safety meetings.
• Operate multiple material handling equipment used in the scrap industry.
• Ensure equipment is safe for use and operate safely.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Assist with housekeeping and organization to optimize operations.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold safety culture.
• Promote a positive team environment.
