The position includes on-the-job training, overtime opportunities, and a path to advanced roles within our manufacturing facilities. A high school diploma and a strong work ethic are valued as we build infrastructure for our customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to operate fabrication machines safely.
• Willing to cross-train and work overtime.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Attend training on equipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading stock.
• Operate production machines per procedures.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Support safety programs and follow policies.
