Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Tulare, CA is seeking Production Workers for the Corrugator Department Stacker/Loader/Packer. You will help keep machines running at high efficiency, ensure product is packed and inspected, and maintain a safe, clean work area.

The role involves preparing machines, adjusting as needed, monitoring waste and bundle counts, and performing quality checks during production. Availability to work all three shifts and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• A minimum of 1 year of full-time or part-time employment or schooling (or combination)
• Availability to work all 3 shifts (days, swing and grave) including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the stacker/loader/packer in the Corrugator department.
• Ensure machines run at high efficiency and products are packed and inspected to quality standards.
• Prepare machines and adjust as needed; monitor waste and bundle counts, making necessary adjustments.
• Perform quality assurance checks during production to ensure product quality.
• Maintain production equipment and keep the work area clean and safe.
