Automation Personnel Services in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Production Associate to operate machinery that manufactures concrete and composite structures for a company with over 30 years of industry experience. The role runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, at $21.00 per hour.

This full-time, temporary-to-hire position offers benefits, weekly pay, and a path to permanent placement. You will work with molds, polymer concrete, and safety protocols to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials handling.
• Working knowledge of tools, common production equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to lift 50lbs for a continuous shift.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery that casts high quality covers and boxes using a variety of mold platforms.
• Prepare molds of different sizes, mix and pour polymer concrete and reinforce each product with materials like fiberglass or rebar to meet strength and durability standards.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and wear required PPE.
• Produce products that meet customer and company standards.
• Regular standing, bending, lifting, and use of hand tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
