Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial operations environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Basic math and ability to convert units.

Responsibilities

• Set up, starts and runs all machinery.
• Weigh ingredients to meet recipe specs and feed into machinery.
• Monitor production and equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Operate machinery to mix, extrude, or handle materials.
• Take samples to lab for evaluation and adjust batches if needed.
• Perform routine machine cleaning.
• Document work and maintain logs and data reports.
