Job summary

EXCEL Group is seeking skilled Material Handlers and Forklift Operators for our industrial site in Freeport, Texas. You will operate forklifts and handle materials to support production and logistics in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires safety awareness, strong time management, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and physical stamina is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in logistics or other physically demanding roles strongly considered.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated bagging and palletizing equipment and forklift to move PVC powder.
• Monitor packaging machines for quality and productivity.
• Label, seal, and prepare 50-pound bags for shipment.
• Stack boxes on pallets and load onto trailers via forklift.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
